PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN that in an open public meeting on March 28, 2026 the Township of Dennis Consolidated Land Use Board approved an application submitted by the applicant, Ricky Bailey, related to the property located at 223 Hoffman’s Mill Road, Dennis Township (Block 15, Lot 21). The Board granted approval to renovate a single-family dwelling and construct an addition which required a variance relief for principal building coverage. The Board subsequently memorialized its approval in Resolution #2026-30 during its April 23, 2026 open public meeting.
