NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR EXPANSION OF LICENSED PREMISES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a place-to-place transfer application has been made to the Local Alcoholic Beverage Control Issuing Authority of the City of North Wildwood, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, for the expansion of the licensed premises under Club License No. 0507-31-020-001 issued to Wildwood Lodge #585 Loyal Order of Moose for the premises located at 300 W. Spruce Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260.
The Applicant seeks approval to expand the presently licensed premises to include a newly constructed outdoor bar and patio area with associated seating located adjacent to and connected with the southeasterly portion of the existing structure situated upon the subject property.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections to the proposed expansion, if any, should be made in writing and delivered to W. Scott Jett, Clerk of the City of North Wildwood, at City Hall, 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. In the event of any objection(s), a hearing shall be held before the Local Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority at City Hall.
