BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that the Stone Harbor Zoning Board had their Regular Meeting on May 4th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the following matters were considered, and the following DECISIONS were made:
1. Memorialize Resolution #1004-2026, 332-89th Street, was approved and adopted allowing variance relief to demolish existing single- family home and construct new single-family home
2. Memorialize Resolution #1006-2026, 385-93rd Street, was approved and adopted allowing variance relief for construction of new front landing and staircase at existing single-family residence.
THIS NOTICE is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 (I). Minutes of the meeting are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board, Borough of Stone Harbor, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
