NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was approved for final adoption by the Borough Council of the Borough of Stone Harbor at a Regular Meeting held May 5, 2026:
1707 An Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a CAP Bank for the Calendar Year 2026 (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14)
This Ordinance shall become effective upon final publication May 8, 2026.
