NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to the Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority of the City of Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey for the change of the structure of the Corporation pertaining to the Plenary Retail Consumption License heretofore issued to M.G.M., Inc. under License Number 0514-33-014-008. Said License is operated at the “Firehouse Tavern” located at 3116 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey. The Estate of Linda S. Maier, by Joanne Negron, Executrix, was a fifty (50%) percent Stockholder of M.G.M., Inc. The fifty (50%) percent of the Stock held by the Estate is to be transferred to Richard T. Gallagher, III as to twenty-five (25%) percent and Michael McMaster as to twenty-five (25%) percent.
PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that there is to be a change in the Member Ownership of license holder, M.G.M., Inc., a Corporation of the State of New Jersey. The names of the owners of the fifty (50%) percent Stock Interest previously held by The Estate of Linda S. Maier shall be transferred to Richard T. Gallagher, III as to twenty-five (25%) percent and Michael McMaster as to twenty-five (25%) percent, whose address is 3116 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. The Stockholders of M.G.M., Inc. shall be as follows:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections to the proposed change in the Corporate structure, if any, or if you have relevant information concerning the addition of the new Members of the Corporation, such information should be provided in writing and delivered to Lisa A. Brown, Clerk of the City of Wildwood at Borough Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. In the event of any objections, a hearing will be held before the Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority at Wildwood City Hall.
