NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 649 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 649(2026) entitled “ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 181 BULKHEADS SECTION 11 ENTITLED “EXISTING NONCONFORMING FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION COMPLIANCE” OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD, COUNTY OF CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY”, is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on May 1, 2026 and that said Ordinance will be further considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing to be held at the Regular Commission Meeting to be held on June 5, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time in the Borough of West Wildwood Municipal Building, 701 W. Glenwood Avenue. A copy of the full Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for use and examination by the Public at the West Wildwood Municipal Building Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
