ORDINANCE 646 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 646(2026) entitled “CALENDAR YEAR 2026 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14” hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on February 6, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on MaY 1, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time at which time Ordinance 646(2026) was finally adopted.
