PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held during the Wednesday, April 15, 2026, meeting of the City of North Wildwood Zoning Board of Adjustment (Board) at which meeting the below-listed application(s) was heard & the following action(s) taken. The Board at its Wednesday, May 20, 2026, meeting has memorialized Application(s):

(c)(2) Variance Relief Application
The Board heard & considered the application of Derick & Angela Marsh (Applicant), related to real property located at 229 E. 1st Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, which is also identified on the Official Tax Map of the City of North Wildwood at Block 251, Lot 10. (the “Property”), seeking (c)(2) variance relief related to minimum front yard setback and maximum permitted building height in order to construct a new single-family residential dwelling on the Property that is presently situated as a vacant lot. The application was approved by the Board with conditions outlined in the approval’s Memorializing Resolution.
A Resolution memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the May 20, 2026, scheduled meeting of the Board. Said decision will be on file & available for inspection in City Hall at 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260.
