NOTICE OF HEARING -CAPE MAY COUNTY AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Please take notice that the Cape May County Agriculture Development Board will conduct a public hearing on the application of Barbara Wilde on behalf of Willow Creek Winery, Inc. for a Site-Specific Agricultural Management Practice for Commercial Farm Application in accordance with the New Jersey Right to Farm Act (N.J.S.A. 4:1C-1 et seq.) and N.J.A.C. 2:76-2.8.

Place: 4 Moore Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210
The hearing concerns the property located at 168 Stevens Street, West Cape May, New Jersey, 08204 (Block: 73, Lot 9 and Block 74, Lot 2) and will address the following proposed agricultural activities:
· Wine grape growing, wine production, wine storage, associated wine tasting and marketing, and the development and operation of production and sales and marketing facilities and activities in connection with the operation of a commercial winery.
· The retrofitting of existing structures for farm labor housing
Copies of documents supporting this request are available for public review at the office of the Cape May County Agriculture Development Board, 4 Moore Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210, during normal business hours.
The public is invited to attend and may present comments at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Board prior to the hearing at the address listed above.
