PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to the Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority of the Borough of West Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey for the change of the structure of the LLC, pertaining to the Plenary Retail Consumption License heretofore issued to West Side Saloon, LLC under License Number 0513-33-001-005. Said License is operated at the West Side Saloon, 770 West Glenwood Avenue, West Wildwood, New Jersey. The Estate of Michael J. McCoy by Emily McCoy, Administrator, was a fifty (50%) percent Member of West Side Saloon, LLC. The fifty (50%) percent Membership Interest held by the Estate has been transferred to the Beneficiaries of the Estate under FOUR MCCOY LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company.
PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that there has been a change in the Member Ownership of license holder, West Side Saloon, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of New Jersey. The name of the new fifty (50%) percent Member is FOUR MCCOY LLC, whose address is 770 West Glenwood Avenue, West Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. The current Members of West Side Saloon, LLC are as follows:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections to the proposed change in the LLC structure, if any, or if you have relevant information concerning the addition of the new Member of the LLC, such information should be provided in writing and delivered to Donna L. Frederick, Clerk of the Borough of West Wildwood at Borough Hall, 701 West Glenwood Avenue, West Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. In the event of any objections, a hearing will be held before the Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority at West Wildwood Borough Hall.
