NOTICE OF HEARING
PLANNING/ZONING BOARD APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Fifth State Capital, LLC, has filed an application with the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood for an extension of Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approvals that were granted for a 48 unit residential multi-family building and commercial parking lot in June of 2024, as set forth in detail in the City of Wildwood Panning/Zoning Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-24, adopted July 1, 2024 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-52. The request for an extension includes the extension of permission to construct and operate a temporary 41 space parking lot for a period of two years as a condition of the approval. The Applicant is requesting a one year extension of all approvals set forth in the Resolution and a one year extension of the conditional temporary parking lot together with any other extension or relief that the Board may deem necessary at the time of the hearing.
The property is located at 341 East Oak Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 and designated as Block 195.01, Lot 20 and Block 195.02, Lot 26 on the Tax Map of the City of Wildwood. This notice is sent to you as an owner of a property located within 200 feet of the subject site.
The application is now on the calendar of the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood. A public hearing has been scheduled for May 11, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey. Any person affected by this application will have the opportunity to present any objections to the proposed development. However, the Board reserves the right to exclude repetitious testimony. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in the Office of the Board, Zoning and Land Use Control Division, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey.
This notice is in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55-11 and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 et seq.
