NOTICE OF HEARING
PLANNING/ZONING BOARD APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning Board of the City of Wildwood for amended site plan approval to provide food truck service to be contained on the property and variance relief to extend a six foot high fence requires variance relief and waivers from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance from: Section 17-602(D) Fence height, 6 foot where 5 foot is permitted, Section 17-413(D)2 Permitted Uses in the Tourist Zone, and any and all other variances and/or waivers that may be deemed necessary by the Board at the time of the hearing or as may be identified by the Board Engineer in a review letter or memorandum.
The property is located at 4601 Atlantic, Wildwood, NJ 08260 and designated as Block 74, Lot 7 on the Tax Map of the City of Wildwood.
The application is now on the calendar of the Planning Board of the City of Wildwood. A public hearing has been scheduled for May 11, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey. Any person affected by this application will have the opportunity to present any objections to the proposed development. However, the Board reserves the right to exclude repetitious testimony. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in the Office of the Board, Zoning and Land Use Control Division, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey.
