PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that on May 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be conducted before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Stone Harbor at the Municipal Building located at 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Applicant seeks variance relief to raise and renovate the existing dwelling located at 43 Bower Court, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247, designated as Block 108.31, Lots 41 & 43 on the official tax map of the Borough. Variance relief is requested for maximum building height, minimum side yard setback and minimum rear yard setback. Existing nonconformities relating to building coverage will remain unchanged. The Applicant may request any and all additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.

All maps and documents relating to this application may be examined at the office of the Zoning Officer, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey any weekday during regular business hours. Access to the building and files can be obtained by contacting the Zoning Officer at 609-368-6814.
