BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that the Stone Harbor Zoning Board had their Regular Meeting on April 6th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the following matters were considered, and the following DECISIONS were made:
1. Memorialize Resolution #1002-2025, Courtyard Condo, 9816 Second Ave Unit 17, was approved and adopted allowing variance approval to legalize the pre-existing residential unit in the condominium.
2. Memorialize Resolution #1003-2026, 325 99th Street, was approved and adopted for minimum lot area and frontage, to demolish existing single-family home and re-build.
THIS NOTICE is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 (I). Minutes of the meeting are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board, Borough of Stone Harbor, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
