NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 646 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 646(2026) entitled “CALENDAR YEAR 2026 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14”, is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on April 2, 2026 and that said Ordinance will be further considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing to be held at the Regular Commission Meeting to be held on May 1, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time in the Borough of West Wildwood Municipal Building, 701 W. Glenwood Avenue. A copy of the full Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for use and examination by the Public at the West Wildwood Municipal Building Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
