NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Qualified
Purchasing Agent, for the City of North Wildwood, County of Cape May, State of New
Jersey on April 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM, prevailing time at 901 Atlantic Avenue, North
Wildwood, New Jersey, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public
for:
Municipal Portable Toilets
Complete Bid packages including specifications may be obtained at the above
address during regular business hours or sent upon request or on website-City of North
Wildwood. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification,
be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and “BID
TITLE, NAME & CONTRACT #” on the outside, addressed to Qualified Purchasing
Agent, at the address above.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and
N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
