ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (Eastern Time Zone), sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Woodbine at the Woodbine Borough Hall, 501 Washington Ave., Woodbine NJ 08270 for the following:
Woodbine Municipal Airport- Terminal Building and Hangars 1, 3 & 4
Specifications and bid documents may be obtained at Woodbine Borough Hall April 8th – May 6th, 2026. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for the plans and specifications (cash or money order, payable to the Borough of Woodbine).
Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated, and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to Borough of Woodbine as a guarantee to furnish equipment and/or services for the bid price.
Bids must also include the following documents:
1. Bid Checklist
2. Form of Bid (Duplicate Copy)
3. Non-Collusion Affidavit
4. Consent of Surety
5. Bid Bond Form
6. Equipment Certification
7. General Contract Provisions Form
8. Public Works Contractor Registration Act
9. Business Registration Certificate
10. Stock Holders Disclosure Form
11. Qualifications Questionnaire
12. Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the sum of 10% of the total bid, but not more than $20,000.00.
13. Acknowledgement of Receipt of Changes to Bid Documentation Form
Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes to the following address and shall be plainly marked, “Proposal for Terminal Building and Hangars 1, 3 & 4”:

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the “Anti-Discrimination Act” (P.L. 1975 C.127) (NJAC 17:27). The Vendor must comply with all Local, County, State and Federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to this contract and to the work to be done here under.
Note: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 P.M. on April 16th, 2026 at Woodbine Borough Hall. A site visit of the project area will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid conference.
