MODEL ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK

NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION
The aforementioned ordinance was introduced and passed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodbine, Cape May County, New Jersey, upon first reading at a meeting of said council held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in the meeting room at the municipal building located at 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270 at 07:30 PM. The aforementioned ordinance will be given a second reading and public comment will be received by any member of the public on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The location of the public hearing will be in the municipal building meeting room located at 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270 at 07:30 PM. The ordinance may be considered for final passage and adoption thereafter.
