NOTICE OF HEARING
PLANNING/ZONING BOARD APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood for permission to demolish the existing single-family home and to construct a new single-family home which requires variance relief and waivers from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance from: Section 17-412(B)(5)(a) Lot Area; Lot Frontage; Lot Depth; Front Yard Setback; Side Yard Setback; Rear Yard Setback, maximum number of stories; Section 17-412(B)(6)(a) Off-Street Parking Requirements; Section 17-412(B)(8) Modulation of building walls; Section 17-608(F)(1) number of curb cuts; Section 17-411(G)(1) HVAC equipment setback; and any and all other variances and/or waivers that may be deemed necessary by the Board at the time of the hearing or that may be identified in the Board Engineer’s review letter or memorandum.
The property is located at 401 West Juniper Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 and designated as Block 250, Lot 16.01 on the Tax Map of the City of Wildwood.
The application is now on the calendar of the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood. A public hearing has been scheduled for April 13, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey. Any person affected by this application will have the opportunity to present any objections to the proposed development. However, the Board reserves the right to exclude repetitious testimony. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in the Office of the Board, Zoning and Land Use Control Division, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey.
