AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 565-2017, AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 2 , ARTICLE 111, SECTION 2-15.6 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH WOODBINE ENTITLED DEFINITIONS, WATER RATE SCHEDULE
NOTICE OF ADOPTION
The aforementioned ordinance was duly passed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodbine, Cape May County, New Jersey, on first reading at a meeting of said council held on February 19, 2026 and was taken up for second reading, final passage, and was adopted at a meeting of said council held on March 05, 2026 in the meeting room at the municipal building located at 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270 at 07:30 PM. Said ordinance was approved by the Mayor on March 05, 2026.
