TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of North Wildwood, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, on the 17^th day of February, 2026, and was adopted on second and final reading after a public hearing thereon at a special meeting held in the North Wildwood City Hall, 9^th and Atlantic Avenues, at 10:00 AM on the 13^th day of March, 2026.
