BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that the Stone Harbor Zoning Board had their Regular Meeting on March 2nd, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the following matters were considered, and the following DECISIONS were made:
1. Memorialize Resolution #1000-2025, Arrowpoint Condo Association was approved and adopted allowing variance relief for expansion of existing decks, which constitutes a non-conforming use.
2. Memorialize Resolution #1001-2026, Meehan was approved and adopted allowing variance relief from Ordinance §560-50A.
THIS NOTICE is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 (I). Minutes of the meeting are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board, Borough of Stone Harbor, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
