Application before the West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 6:00 pm, a hearing will be held at the Borough Hall located at 701 W. Glenwood Avenue, West Wildwood, NJ 08260, before the West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board in the matter of the application by 16-18 Lake Road LLC regarding the property located at 16-18 Lake Road, Block 148, Lots 15 and 16. The property is located in the MC zone. The Applicant seeks to demolish the existing maria property and construct two new duplexes at the site. The Applicant seeks a use variance to construct a duplex on each lot and rear yard setbacks to the bulkhead. The Applicant seeks any other variances, approvals or waivers to permit the project. When the matter is called, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any support or objection which you may have to the granting of the relief or approval sought in the petition. Maps and other documents relating to this matter will be available at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date for inspection during normal working hours in the office of the Board Secretary, at 701 W. Glenwood Avenue, West Wildwood, NJ 08260.
