EXCEEDING 20% OF ORIGINAL
CONTRACT AMOUNT
In accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.9(c)6 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Woodbine has authorized a change order to the following contract which exceeds twenty percent (20%) of the original awarded contract amount: – Contract Title: Franklin Street and Adams Avenue Reconstruction and Water System Improvement – Original Contract Amount: $718,943.25 – Change Order Amount: $214,548.20 – New Total Contract Amount: $933,491.45 – Vendor/Contractor: Charles Marandino, LLC – Description of Change: Upon performing service in accordance with original contract, a latent defect in water service was discovered requiring an increase in size of water main and new water valve – Date of Governing Body Approval: Resolution 06-86-2024 adopted June 20, 2024 This notice is published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.9(c)6 and is posted on the Borough’s Official Website and filed with the Office of the Borough Clerk.
