RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL P. CHAPMAN FOR
UTILITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, on June 11, 2025 the Board of Commissioner approved Resolution No. 247-6-25 to retained the services of Michael P. Chapman of Pilesgrove, NJ, to provide Utility Project Management Services for 2025; and
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2025 the Board of Commissioners approved Resolution No. 360-9-25 amending the 2025 contract with Michael P. Chapman to increase the contract amount by $10,000 for a new contract amount of $38,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wildwood seeks to amend to increase the Agreement by Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars and No Cents ($3,415.00) to cover Services for a total amount not to exceed Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars and No Cents ($41,415.00); and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Wildwood has certified the availability of funds to retain the services of Michael P. Chapman, of Pilesgrove, NJ.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Wildwood, in the County of Cape May, and the State of New Jersey, that Resolution No.360-9-25 be amended for the 2025 contract with Michael P. Chapman, of Pilesgrove, NJ for an increase of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars and No Cents ($3,415.00) for a total contract amount not to exceed Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars and No Cents ($41,415.00).
