PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that whenever the City of Wildwood is required by law or by order or rule of any court to publish or advertise a legal notice, the City of Wildwood will publish or advertise the legal notice on the City of Wildwood’s official Internet website, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72. The complete text of each legal notice may be obtained or viewed by the public on the official Internet website of the City of Wildwood at
https://wildwoodnj.org/publicnotices.
Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, no later than March 1, 2026, the Secretary of State shall establish an Internet webpage on which the hyperlink to the City of Wildwood’s webpage with public notices can also be found.
