NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
MIDDLE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD

The following action was taken by the Zoning Board of the Township of Middle at a meeting held on January 8, 2026.
1. The Reorganization and Oaths of Office of the Board were undertaken and included the election of Mark Saioni as Chairman and Michael DiPalantino as Vice-Chairman. Professional appointments are Robert Belasco, Esq. as Board Attorney and Vincent Orlando, PE, of Engineering Design Associates as Board Engineer.
2. The application of JMS3 LLC regarding the property located at 7 E. Shellbay Ave, Block 340 Lot 5, seeking an extension of the prior approvals was approved by the Board.
3. The application for Giac Ngo Monastery regarding the property located at 294 Indian Trail, Block 167.01 Lot 84 & 91 was moved to the February 12, 2026 meeting
4. The application for George & Barbara Ewerth regarding the property located at 755 Stone Harbor Blvd, Block 313 Lot 75, seeking variance relief to raise the existing single family was approved by the Board.
5. The application for Scotch Bonnet Marina Real Estate LLC regarding the property located at 925 Stone Harbor Blvd, Block 313 Lot 122, seeking amended site plan approval as well as a recommendation to Township Committee for house boat approvals was approved by the Board.
6. The application for Robert & Amy Wahl regarding the property located at 5 S. 5th Street, Block 408 Lot 10, seeking variance approval for the construction of an above ground swimming pool and deck was approved by the Board.
7. The application for Dominic Bisirri regarding the property located at 210 Hand Avenue, Block 236 Lot 19 was moved to the February 12, 2026 meeting.
8. The following resolutions were memorialized: Resolution #182324RPFEXT MKAG LLC, 1031 Rte. 9 S., Block 350 Lot 54; Resolution #252323 Majken Mechling, 46 Dory Drive, Block 163.01 Lot 120; Resolution #252321 Walnut Grove Builders, 19, 21 & 23 W. Shellbay Ave Block 350 Lots 30, 31, 32; Resolution #142309-25 Michael Tomlin, 439 & 441 Rte. 47 North, Block 1 Lots 17.01 & 17.02; Resolution #252326 Habitat for Humanity CM County Inc., 300 Wildwood Avenue, Block 1068 Lot 1; Resolution #252319 JFLF Company LLC, 467 Shunpike, Block 322.01 Lot 21.

Upon adoption by the Middle Township Zoning Board, the memorializing resolutions referenced above or concerning the above matters will be on file at the Middle Township Zoning Office, 10 S Boyd St, C.M.C.H., NJ 08210
