Notice is hereby given to the legal voters of Fire District #1 in Dennis Township, County of Cape May, that an election for the naming of One (1) Commissioner for the Fire Commissioners of Fire District #1 in Dennis Township, County of Cape May, will be held at the Ocean View Volunteer Fire Company Station, 489 Main Street, South Seaville, NJ 08246.
Date of Election: February 21, 2026
Time of Election: 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Voters will also be asked to vote on the budget for the Fire Commissioners of Fire District #1, in Dennis Township, County of Cape May, for the fiscal year 2026, which budget proposes an amount of $484,862.21to be raised by taxation.
