NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing Ordinances were introduced and passed first reading at the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Cape May, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, held on the 3rd day of February, 2026 and said Ordinances will be further considered for final passage and adoption and a public hearing will be held thereon at a Regular Meeting of the Cape May City Council to be held in the Municipal Building, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, New Jersey on the 3rd day of March, 2026 at 5:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached.
