and interest and Shannan Curnutte, deceased, his/her heirs, devisees, and
personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in
right, title and interest YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon

plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is 701 Market Street, Suite 5000;
Philadelphia, PA 19106, phone # (215) 627-1322, an answer to the Complaint,
filed in a civil action, in which Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC
f/k/a Quicken Loans, Inc. is plaintiff, and Michael Harris, Administrator of
the Estate of Melody L. Shaffer, et al are the defendant(s), pending in the
Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May County, and bearing
Docket No. F-001363-26 within thirty-five (35) days after March 25, 2026
exclusive of such date or if published after March 25, 2026 (35) days after the
actual dated of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so,
judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the
Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with
the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex – CN 97l,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of governing the
courts. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (l) foreclosing a
mortgage dated May 14, 2015, made by Michael Harris,Melody L. Shaffer as
mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee,
as nominee for Quicken Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns recorded on May
19, 2015, for Cape May County in Book M5655, Page 831 of Mortgages for said
County, which mortgage was assigned to the plaintiff, Quicken Loans, Inc., by
Assignment dated November 06, 2017; and (2) to recover possession of, and
concerns premises commonly known as 133 Broad Street, Woodbine a/k/a Dennis
a/k/a Belleplain , NJ 08270. Lot: 2 Block: 25. If you are unable to obtain an

defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the unknown heirs of the
record owner of the mortgaged premises who executed the bond or note and
mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any deficiency thereon,
and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the
