Legal Notice
Please Take Notice that the undersigned, David Buck and Kelly Buck (collectively the “Applicant”), has made application to the Stone Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment (the “Board”) for a property commonly known as 332 89th Street, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and more specifically designated as Lot 127 in Block 88.04 (the “Property”) on the Tax and Assessment Map of Stone Harbor, Cape May County, New Jersey, in order to demolish the existing single-family dwelling and construct a single-family dwelling. The Property is located in the Residential B Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking the following relief:
- Variance relief from the Land Use Development Ordinance of Stone Harbor and the Municipal Land Use Law pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) for the following:
- Minimum required lot area, wherein 6,600 square feet is required and 3,850 square feet is proposed, and this is a pre-existing nonconforming condition that will not change;
- Minimum required lot frontage where 60 feet is required, 35 feet is proposed, and this is a pre-existing nonconforming condition that will not change; and
- Minimum required side yard setbacks for both side yards where 10 feet is required and 5′-0″ is proposed.
- The Applicant may also apply for such variances, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Applicant or the Board during the course of the hearing process, including, but not limited to relief from side yard setbacks, front yard setbacks, rear yard setbacks, building height, building coverage, lot coverage, driveways, curb cuts, landscaping and parking spaces at the Property in conjunction with the Residential Site Improvement Standard and accessory structures.
