AN ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE “SALARY ORDINANCE” FIXING AND DETERMINING THE SALARY AND COMPENSATION RANGES TO BE PAID TO THE ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF CAPE MAY AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY PROVIDING FOR THE RAISING OF THE AMOUNTS THEREOF BY TAXATION AND PROVIDING FOR THE TIME AND MEETING OF PAYMENT THEREOF

TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of North Wildwood, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, on the 3^rd day of March, 2026, and was adopted on second and final reading after a public hearing thereon at a regular meeting held in the North Wildwood City Hall, 9^th and Atlantic Avenues, at 5:00 PM on the 17^th day of March, 2026.
