NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION
ORDINANCE 645 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 645(2026) entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD AMENDING SECTION 340, ARTICLE VI: TC-AHO TOWN COMMERCIAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING OVERLAY ZONE AND SECTION 340, ARTICLE VIII: MARINE COMMERCIAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING OVERLAY ZONE TO INCREASE THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SET ASIDE TO 20 PERCENT REGARDLESS OF UNIT TYPE”, hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on February 6, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on March 6, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time at which time Ordinance 645(2026) was finally adopted.
