ORDINANCE 644 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 644(2026) entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 340, ARTICLE XVIII DEVELOPER FEES”, hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on February 6, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on March 6, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time at which time Ordinance 644(2026) was finally adopted.
