NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was approved for final adoption by the Borough Council of the Borough of Stone Harbor at a Regular Meeting held March 3, 2026:
1705 An Ordinance of the Borough of Stone Harbor Repealing and Replacing Chapter 123 Article I of the Affordable Housing Ordinance Entitled “Development Fees”
This Ordinance shall become effective upon final publication March 7, 2026.
