CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD PLANNING BOARD
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatIsland Acquisitions, LLC (the “Applicant”), has applied to the Planning Board of the City of North Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey, seeking minor subdivision approval, as well as variance relief, respecting real property located at 221 East 26th Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 (Block 226, Lot 10). The Property is located in the R-1 Single-Family Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval in order to subdivide the existing oversized and vacant 80’x100′ lot into two (2) newly-created 40’x100′ lots, each of which are proposed to be developed with a single-family residential dwelling. The Applicant is requesting variance relief, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), andfrom the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Wildwood, related to minimum required lot area, minimum required lot frontage/width, and minimum required side yard setbacks. The Applicant also requests any, and all, other variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the City of North Wildwood Planning Board and/or its professionals may deem necessary at the time of the hearing on this application.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning/Zoning Board on this Application on April 15, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, at which time you may either appear in person or by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal. Maps and documents, if any, relating to this application will be available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing in the office of the Secretary of the Board – 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, during normal business hours. This Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-11, et seq., and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, et seq., and is being published by order of the City of North Wildwood Zoning Board of Adjustment.
