NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that live bids will be held by the Purchasing Committee of the Borough of Wildwood Crest, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, on Friday November 13th at 11:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Borough Hall, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260 at which time the live bids will be held for the following:
RENTAL OF BICYCLE STAND CONCESSION NO.8A RAMBLER ROAD
All documents shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form approved for this proposal together with all required documentation and information required by the Terms, Conditions and Bid Specifications. Copies of such Terms, Conditions and Bid Specifications, Proposal Form, this advertisement, Bid Information Packet and other contract documents may be obtained from Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 (609-729 -8040) and may be inspected or obtained during normal working hours and the bidder must absolutely comply with all of the terms of the said documents. All documents related to the live bid must be available at the time of the bid.
The Borough of Wildwood Crest reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it is in the best public interest to do so, and/or to waive any informality in any bid.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action Requirements, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
