NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in an open public meeting on August 3, 2026 the Borough of Stone Harbor Zoning Board approved an application submitted by Catherine Manoff related to the property located at 397 94th Street, Block 94.04, Lot 107, Borough of Stone Harbor. The Board granted approval to renovate the existing single-family dwelling by raising and remodeling the structure, expanding the second story and adding a pool with associated variances. The Board memorialized its approval in Resolution #1010-2026 adopted September 14, 2026.
