Take notice that an application for a major technical modification of a Coastal Wetlands Permit, Waterfront Development Individual In-water Permit, Freshwater Wetlands Individual Permit, CAFRA Individual Permit (NJDEP DLRP File No. 0511-24-0003.1) will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Resource Protection (DLRP) for the development described below:
