This project was previously approved by the board. Revised April 25th, 2021. Date of approval: Sept 2, 2019, resolution No. 2019-13. The site plan has been revised to show a change in the use of the front of the building.

Original approval was granted for 1600 sq ft office space, 2000 SF storage with two residential units above. The front building is now proposed to include 469 SF of office space and 3,139 SF of storage, and no residential units. The parking lot layout has been changed to accommodate two overhead doors on the northeast side of the front building, while moving the non-handicap parking spaces to the southeast side of said building.
