PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be conducted before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Stone Harbor at the Municipal Building located at 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Applicant seeks variance relief to elevate, renovate and expand the existing dwelling located at 10711 Sunset Drive, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247, designated as Block 107.04, Lots 88 & 89.01 on the official tax map of the Borough. Use variance relief is requested to permit expansion of the existing two-family dwelling. Bulk variance relief is requested for maximum building coverage and minimum side, front, and rear yard setback. Existing nonconformities relating to lot area, lot frontage and off-street parking will remain. The Applicant may request any and all additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
