Maginnis: Kevin Maginnis, Catherine Deck, Christina Maginnis and William Mullen have filed an Answer with Affirmative Defenses, Counterclaim and Third-Patry Complaint seeking to Quiet Title and Partition the Property located at 128 E. Buttercup Road, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey, 08260. The Counterclaim and Third-Party Complaint alleges that owners of the Property including Kevin Maginnis, Catherine Deck, Christina Maginnis, William Mullen, Mary Dippy, Kevin Lavery, Michael Lavery and David Ronald, seek to Quiet Title to the Property and to Partition the Property by sale.
