AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WOODBINE, COUNTY OF CAPE MAY, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE BOROUGH OF WOODBINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING LAW (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et seq.) (“LRHL”)
NOTICE OF ADOPTION
The aforementioned ordinance was duly passed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodbine, Cape May County, New Jersey, on first reading at a meeting of said council held on May 01, 2026 and was taken up for second reading, final passage, and was adopted at a meeting of said council held on August 20, 2026 in the meeting room at the municipal building located at 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270 at 07:30 PM. This ordinance shall become effective 20 days after final passage and publication, according to law.
