ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CORRECTIVE NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Borough of Stone Harbor Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Borough of Stone Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment for variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c(1) and (2) to deviate from the minimum rear yard setback requirement in the ordinance and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain an emergency generator consisting in size of approximately 46.4 x 26.3 x 30.7 inches on an elevated platform as an accessory structure in the rear yard of the subject property, projecting approximately 2.5 feet into the required 5-foot rear yard setback on property shown as Lots 39.02 and 41 in Block 83.02 on the Borough of Stone Harbor Tax Map, which property is located at 140 84th Street, which property is improved with a single family home, garage and related improvements.
Public hearing on the above mentioned application has been scheduled for September 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard. Letters CANNOT be accepted in lieu of personal appearance at this hearing.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing during regular business hours in the office of the Zoning Officer, Municipal Building, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247.
