CITY OF CAPE MAY PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that SP Cape May Marina, LLC (“Applicant”) has applied to the Cape May City Planning Board for a waiver of application of site plan requirements, along with any and all other variances, waivers or relief that the Planning Board deems appropriate, in connection with its proposal to convert a portion of the first floor marina/clubhouse building into a members’ dining area, not open to the public, for use by the Cape May Paddle Club, and to add a roof above an existing concrete porch adjacent to the first floor entrance at its property located at 124 Rosemans Lane, Cape May, NJ 08204, which is shown on the Cape May Tax Map as Block 1061, Lot 101.05. The property is developed with the Cape May Marina and is located in the C-6 Marina District. Relief is sought pursuant to the following Section of the City’s Ordinances: Section 417-3, along with any and all other applicable sections needed for approval of this Application.
The City of Cape May Planning Board, on September 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM, will hold a public hearing on the Application at City Hall, located at 643 Washington Street, Cape May, NJ 08204. All documents pertaining to this Application are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for public review during regular working hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate in accordance with the rules of the City of Cape May Planning Board.
