PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held during the Wednesday, July 15, 2026, meeting of the City of North Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment (Board) at which meeting the below-listed application(s) was heard & the following action(s) taken. The Board at its Wednesday, August 19, 2026, meeting has memorialized Application(s):

(d)(1) and (c)(2) Variance Relief & Preliminary & Final Major Site Plan Application
The Board heard & considered the application of Youschak Properties, LLC (Applicant), related to real property located at 1700-1710 Boardwalk, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, which is also identified on the Official Tax Map of the City of North Wildwood at Block 316.01, Lots 1, 2, 4, & 5 (the “Property”), seeking (d)(1) & (c)(2) variance relief pertaining to permitted uses in the zoning district in which the Property is situated, minimum required front yard setback, minimum required side yard setback, minimum required off-street parking spaces, and continued use of all pre-existing non-conforming conditions at the Property, in order to expand the existing motel/resort through construction of a two hundred (200) seat event venue facility to be located over top of the existing motel/resort parking lot. The application was approved by the Board with conditions outlined in the approval’s Memorializing Resolution.
A Resolution memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the August 19, 2026, scheduled meeting of the Board. Said decision will be on file & available for inspection in City Hall at 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260.
