PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in an open public meeting on July 13, 2026 the City of Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment approved an application submitted by Righter Enterprise, Inc. related to the property located at 4205 New Jersey Avenue, a/k/a Block 117, Lot 16.01 and 16.02. The Board granted approval for minor site plan approval with associated variances. The Board memorialized its approval in Resolution #07-26 adopted August 10, 2026.
