Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing.
The Borough of Wildwood Crest intends to participate in the Sourcewell, Cooperative Pricing System Contract # 020124-MES to purchase a Connect Cutter and Connect Ram Kit. The Borough of Wildwood Crest anticipates on adopting a Resolution awarding the contract on September 2, 2026. It is the intent of the Borough of Wildwood Crest to make a contract award to MES Service Company, LLC, PO Box 851792, Minneapolis, MN 55485-1792 through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program.
Borough of Wildwood Crest is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
