PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified that the undersigned has applied to the City of Cape May Zoning Board seeking approval for preliminary and final site plan approval for the property located at 107 Grant Street, Block 1021, Lot 1 on the Official Tax Map of the City of Cape May. Variance relief is sought for expansion of a non-conforming use, lot size, building setback, rear yard setback, side yard setback, lot coverage, and parking. The Applicant may request additional variances and/or waivers as may be identified by the Board and its professionals.
The Cape May City Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on this application on August 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Cape May City Hall Auditorium, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, New Jersey. All documents pertaining to this application will be on file with the Zoning Board Secretary in Cape May City Hall (643 Washington Street, Cape May) at least 10 days prior to the hearing and will be available for public review during regular business hours (M-F 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein accordance with the rules of the Cape May City Zoning Board.
