AN ORDINANCE A ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH REQUIREMENTS OR TREE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW JERSEY URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY PROGRAM ADOPTED BY THE BOROUGH OF WOODBINE
NOTICE OF ADOPTION
The aforementioned ordinance was duly passed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodbine, Cape May County, New Jersey, on first reading at a meeting of said council held on June 18, 2026 and was taken up for second reading, final passage, and was adopted at a meeting of said council held on July 16, 2026 in the meeting room at the municipal building located at 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270 at 07:30 PM. Said ordinance was approved by the Mayor on July 16, 2026.
